Zoneatlas map product - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ZoneManager, an interactive map maker tool provided by Zoneatlas. Before you start using the Service, please read and understand these simple terms and conditions. Your use of the Service implies your acceptance of these terms.

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By using ZoneManager, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the service. The name ZoneManager refers to the editor and the maps generated and published with the ZoneManager -tool (later referred together as Service).

  2. Use of the Service: You may use Service for creating, editing, and managing interactive maps for personal or business purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms.

  3. Once the customer starts a subscription of the Service with Zoneatlas Ltd (business id FI21635806),a subscription fee is charged according the price list of Zoneatlas. The service fee includes a fair usage limit, tied to the selected subscription. Fair usage is metered by the times the map of the user is opened by the end users of the map. Any usage abobe the fair usage is billed after each month from the customer. The additional fee is the monthly fee * the percentage of additional map opens.

  4. Copyright and Ownership: All content, features, and functionality within Service are owned by Zoneatlas and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute the content without written permission from Zoneatlas.

  5. User Content: Any maps or content you create using Service are your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you upload or create.

  6. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to: a. Use Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. b. Violate any applicable laws or regulations. c. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to ZoneManager’s systems or networks. d. Disrupt, interfere, or harm the integrity of the service or its users.

  7. Privacy and Data: Your privacy is important to us. We collect and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find on our website.

  8. Termination: Zoneatlas reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason without prior notice.

  9. Changes to the Terms: Zoneatlas may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms. Continued use of Service constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

  10. Disclaimer: Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Zoneatlas is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the maps or content created using the service.

  11. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Zoneatlas be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of Service.

  13. If otherwise not mentioned here, the YSE_IT2022 General terms together with ETP_IT2022_Cloud service special terms will be applied.
