Terms of Service – Digital Map Licence

Terms of Delivery and Payment

These terms and conditions apply to digital map products sold via the Zonemaps platform.

1. Parties and Nature of Service

The service is provided by the entity listed as the seller of the product in the Zonemaps service (hereinafter “the Seller”). Zonemaps Editor acts only as a technical platform and is not a party to the transaction or responsible for the content of the map.

2. Right of Use (License)

  • By purchasing the product, the user receives a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the digital map for the duration specified by the Seller and subject to the specific limitations defined for the product at the time of purchase.

  • Unauthorized copying, publishing, distribution, or commercial exploitation (e.g., resale) of the map is strictly prohibited.

  • The right of use is account-based and linked to the email address provided at the time of purchase, which is used for logging into the service.

3. Pricing, Delivery, and Validity

  • The price, content, and validity period (e.g., 24h, seasonal license, or indefinite) are determined by the specific product selected at the time of purchase.

  • The product is delivered digitally and is available for use immediately after successful payment.

  • If a validity period is not explicitly defined, the license remains valid at least until the provision of the service in its current form ceases.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection laws, there is no right of withdrawal for digital content once the delivery of the service has begun electronically with the customer’s consent. By placing an order, you agree that delivery begins immediately and the right of withdrawal is waived.

5. Limitation of Liability and Safety

The service is intended for general information and indicative use only. The Seller does not guarantee that the map data, locations, routes, or other information are completely error-free or up-to-date. The user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information on-site and for their own actions based on the information provided by the map. Use of the service and reliance on the information contained therein is always at the user’s own risk.
